BERLIN -- FIA president Max Mosley has settled a lawsuit with the publisher of Germanys largest newspaper over published claims that he played sex games involving a Nazi theme with prostitutes. The prosecutors office in Berlin opened an investigation based on Mosleys lawsuit, spokeswoman Simone Herbeth said Friday. The lawsuit is over breach of trust, violations of copyright laws and fraud, claiming Axel Springer AG had spent money for "illegal purposes" by paying for the video and photos of the orgy.
