The Unity Churches seem to be rather Pentecostal, in a nice progressive way, not a super strict stiffling way.  I visited one for the first time in New Brunswick, NJ last Sunday and it was wonderful.   The music was great - energetic and with a great beat.  This particular church had lots of Gospel music.  They had a typical Gospel choir, which was phenomenal!  The choir director was very animated and the choir really sang well and followed his direction.  

The Unity Fellowship Church Movement (UFCM) began in Los Angeles in 1985.   There are now 12 Unity churches across the country - 2 in NJ:  Newark and New Brunswick area.   The website is www.unityfellowshipchurchmovement.org for more details.  Most of the churches are in California or East Coast cities.

In additon to GLBT Pentecostal/Charismatic church list, you can include The Well of Living Water Ministries in Belleville, IL which is about 20 minutes east of St. Louis, MO.
